Turn an Excel workbook into a PDF you can share or print without the numbers shifting. Every visible sheet becomes its own section, on a page sized to fit it - wide sheets go landscape, and very wide ones are scaled down so no column is cut off.
Frequently asked questions
Values as Excel shows them - numbers, percentages, currency and dates - along with bold and italic text, font colours, cell colours, borders, column widths and merged cells. Hidden rows, columns and sheets are left out.
Charts, pictures and conditional formatting are not included. The PDF is rebuilt from the cells rather than printed by Excel itself, so a heavily designed sheet may look slightly different.
The converter shows each formula's last calculated result, which Excel and Google Sheets save in the file. A file created by another program without calculating can have no saved results - open it in Excel or Google Sheets and save it again.
