This policy covers payments made to GaneshEdit ("we"), run by Krishna, for any paid option on the site and for custom work ordered through our services page.
1. Free tools
All PDF, image, video and audio tools and all templates on the site are free to use, with no account and no payment. You are never asked for card or bank details to use them.
2. Paid options (when offered)
Some advanced options may become paid in future. For any paid option:
- The price, in your currency, is shown before you pay.
- You see a preview of the result first, so you know what you are paying for.
- Payment is taken only when you choose to download the finished file.
3. When you get a full refund
- No file delivered. You were charged but the download failed or never arrived, and we can't deliver it.
- Charged twice. The same file or order was charged more than once.
- Not what the preview showed. The downloaded file is clearly different from the preview you paid for, or can't be opened, and we can't fix it.
- Payment failed but money was deducted. If your bank or UPI app shows a deduction but the payment did not complete, the amount is normally returned automatically by the payment gateway; if it isn't, contact us and we will help.
Please contact us within 7 days of the payment, with the payment reference and the email or phone number used, so we can find it.
4. When a refund isn't given
Because a paid result is a digital file that you saw in a preview and that is delivered instantly, a payment can't be refunded after a correct file has been downloaded only because you changed your mind or no longer need it.
5. Cancellations
- Single payments are complete once the file is downloaded, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards. Until you pay, you can simply leave the page.
- Plans or subscriptions (if offered) can be cancelled at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed after that.
- Custom work (services): the price, delivery time and any advance payment are agreed in writing before work starts. If you cancel before work starts, any advance is refunded in full; after work has started, the refund is for the part not yet done, as agreed in the quote.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through the payment gateway, usually within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
