When you use a tool - free or paid - the finished file is delivered instantly as a download in your browser, usually within seconds to a few minutes depending on the size of the file. There is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address.
Files are deleted from our server after processing (see the privacy policy), so please save your download when it is ready.
Custom tools, websites or other work ordered through our services page are delivered digitally - by email, WhatsApp, a download link or access to an online account - within the time agreed in writing in the quote before work starts.
If a download doesn't start or a file won't open, please try again first. If you paid and still didn't receive your file, contact us with the payment reference: we will send it again or refund you, as described in our refund & cancellation policy.
Questions about delivery: ganeshediting21@gmail.com, or our contact page.
