This is a small, independent project, so replies may take a few days. Every genuine report and suggestion is read.
We never ask for passwords or payment details by email, and we don't need your documents to help. See our Privacy policy for how files and data are handled.
Found a file that didn't convert properly, a tool that misbehaves on your phone, or have an idea for a new tool? Write to us - every message is read by a person. For a conversion problem, tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what you got; please don't send private documents unless we ask for a sample. For custom work, see our services page. Complaints about misuse of the tools go to our grievance officer, as described in the terms of service.
