Got a few separate PDFs — a form, an ID, a certificate — that need to go in as one file? Merging them into a single PDF makes it easy to email or upload. Here's how to do it free, in the right order, in your browser.

The quick way

  1. Open the free Merge PDF tool.
  2. Add all the PDFs you want to combine.
  3. Drag them into the order you want them to appear.
  4. Merge, and download the single combined PDF.

Combining photos and PDFs

If some of what you want to join are photos rather than PDFs, first turn them into a PDF with Image to PDF, then merge that with your other PDFs. That way everything ends up in one neat file.

The merged file is too big

Joining several files can make a large PDF. If it's over an email or form limit, run it through Compress PDF afterwards to bring the size down while keeping the text readable.

Need the opposite?

If instead you want to pull pages out of a PDF, or break one big PDF into parts, use Split PDF.
