Privacy policy
Convert the tables in a PDF into an Excel workbook. Each table goes on its own sheet, named after the page it came from, and plain numbers and percentages become real numbers so SUM, sorting and filters work straight away.
Frequently asked questions
No. The tool reads the text stored inside the PDF, and a scanned page is only a picture of text, so there is nothing to read.
Plain numbers, numbers with digit grouping such as 1,234,567 or 12,34,567, and percentages are converted so you can calculate with them. Values with a currency symbol, a leading zero - like PIN codes or ID numbers - or more than 15 digits are kept as text, so nothing is silently changed.
It stays as text, exactly as it appears in the PDF. It is not turned into a live formula that would calculate something different in your spreadsheet.
Tables are recognised mainly from their lines and borders. A table with no borders at all, or one laid out with spaces, may not be detected - for those, PDF to Word or PDF to Text will still give you the content.
Yes. Every tool on this site is free to use, with no signup, no account and no watermark on the result.
Your file is deleted from our server as soon as the tool finishes. Files that are uploaded but never completed are automatically removed within a few hours.
