OJAS photo & signature size (GPSC, GSSSB)

Gujarat government recruitment forms filled on OJAS (ojas.gujarat.gov.in) - such as GPSC and GSSSB - ask for a photo and a signature in JPG, each no more than 15 KB. That limit is much smaller than most exams, so a normal phone photo must be shrunk a lot.

From the OJAS upload page. Also read the advertisement you are applying for - it is the final word. If you applied with an OTR number, OJAS uses the photo and signature already saved there.

Step by step

1. Open the resizer set to the OJAS photo and choose your photo.
2. Crop so your face and shoulders fill the frame, on a light background.
3. Download - it is saved at 142 × 197 px (3.6 × 5 cm), under 15 KB.
4. For the signature, sign in dark ink on white paper, photograph it, open the OJAS signature setting, tick "Clean the paper" and download (295 × 98 px, under 15 KB).

ગુજરાતીમાં પગલાં

1. OJAS ફોટો માટેનું resizer ખોલો અને તમારો ફોટો પસંદ કરો.
2. ચહેરો અને ખભા દેખાય એ રીતે ફોટો કાપો (crop). પાછળની દીવાલ આછા રંગની રાખો.
3. Download કરો - ફોટો 3.6 × 5 સે.મી. માપનો અને 15 KB થી ઓછો બનશે.
4. સહી માટે સફેદ કાગળ પર ઘાટી શાહીથી સહી કરો, ફોટો પાડો, OJAS સહીનું setting ખોલો, "Clean the paper" પર ટિક કરો અને download કરો.

તમારો ફોટો કે સહી ક્યાંય upload થતાં નથી - બધું તમારા browser માં જ થાય છે.
