The NEET UG form asks for more images than most exams: two photos, a signature and impressions of both thumbs. Each must be a JPG inside its KB range, and NTA allows no corrections after the form is submitted, so it is worth getting them right first time.

Check the information bulletin on neet.nta.nic.in before uploading - it is the final word, including the pixel sizes for that year.

How to prepare each file

  1. Photos: crop with Resize & Crop Image (passport shape, or 4 × 6 in for the postcard photo), then bring each under 200 KB with Compress Image.
  2. Signature: sign in black ink, photograph it, then use the Photo & Signature Resizer with "My own size", 4–30 KB and "Clean the paper" ticked.
  3. Thumbs: press each thumb on a blue ink pad, then on white paper; scan and resize the same way, 10–200 KB.

Do not use an edited or computer-made photo - NTA treats that as unfair means.
